Description

Gadolinium Oxalate is used for making optical glass and dopant for Gadolinium Yttrium Garnets which have microwave applications. HHigh purity of Gadolinium Oxalate is used for making phosphors for colour TV tube. When mixed with EDTA dopants, it is used as an injectable contrast agent for patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging. With its hHigh magnetic moment, Gadolinium can reduce relaxation times and thereby enhance signal intensity.
