- The synthesis method of rare earth sulfate is as follows:
3H2SO4 + RE2O3 = RE2(SO4)3 + 3H2O
3H2SO4 + RE2(OH)3 = RE2(SO4)3 + 3H2O
3H2SO4 + RE2O3 = RE2(SO4)3 + 3H2O - Stability: When the rare earth sulfate is heated, RE2(SO4)3 will be obtained at 155-260 ℃. When heated to 850-950 ℃, SO3 will be lost to form RE2O2SO4. When the temperature rises to 1050-1150 ℃, RE2O3 will be formed.
